How it Works

Visibility works alongside Mail Order Manager by reading the required information from M.O.M.'s database. Visibility then communicates over a Web Service and places the order information into a database. Once the data is loaded, your customers can come to your Web Site, enter some information about who they are, then they will be allowed to view all their order history they have executed with your business.

You can configure how the customer views the order information and how they access the information from your site using the Visibility software -- no programming is required. Your customers will be able to view information such as order status, shipping and tracking number, order line item information and more.
